Sometimes we all need a little help getting in touch with our emotions. Even those of us with high EQ (emotional intelligence) can get blocked—or as I've taken to calling it, "emotionally constipated".
But it's so important that we clear out those blocks, and get back to a free flow of feels. I hope you'll give yourself this gift of self care, because this is one of the most loving things you can do for yourself.
This meditation is a little longer than usual at about 10 minutes, but it will walk you through the process of relaxing into your emotional expression, and provide a nurturing visualization at the end to soften any jagged edges. And isn't it worth 10 minutes to feel more confident and empowered?
