Meditation for Embracing Diversity (and developing empathy)

When you think about how to cultivate DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) in your life or workplace, a meditation may not be your first thought.

But since so much of the work we need to do pertains to our mindset and core beliefs, this may actually be one of the most effective tools to use!

Wherever you are in your personal growth journey, I invite you to take 5-6 minutes and check in with yourself to see just how strong your empathy really is. And remember that our empathy can fuel our feelings of self-confidence.
