Affirmations - for finding work/rest balance

Often we get so caught up in the things we could be doing, "should" be doing, want to be doing... that we forget that sometimes what we need to be doing is taking it easier on ourselves.


Finding the balance, so we are still making progress in our lives and still feeling successful and accomplished, but also holding space for our deeper needs.


I invite you to reflect on these statements, see how they feel to you, see what comes up as you consider them. If one resonates, put it on a post-it and stick it to your computer. Write it on the bathroom mirror. Set a periodic reminder on your phone. Whatever helps you to check in with yourself regularly, to reinforce the message.
